Wherever there is a need for personal care, Certified Nursing Assistants are the ones who perform the most basic needs for
patients, young and old alike. They work under the supervision of a nurse and other licensed healthcare personnel. Since
aides have extensive daily contact with each patient, they are key to providing vital information on the patients'
conditions to the nurse and the healthcare team.

Prepare To Care Training Center, LLC, provides up-to-date training programs for those who seek to become a Certified
Nursing Assistant (CNA). Classes are taught by well qualified staff, approved by the Tennessee Department of Health
Nurse Aide Program and is authorized under the Tennessee Higher Education Commission for operation. We are also a
member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB).




























DAYTIME CLASSES: (3) week duration
Monday-Friday
9:00am - 3:00pm


In order to reserve your spot in one of our classes, a tuition deposit (or payment in full) is required. Seats cannot be reserved
by simply completing our enrollment agreement. This is based on the demand for the classes and is the best way to be fair to
all potential students.

You may come to our office and complete the enrollment agreement, along with your initial payment, and begin the
processes in person

You can print an enrollment agreement off our website and complete it prior to arriving at our office, to expedite your
visit. Then, come to our office to place your deposit and begin your student file and enrollment process

You can make your initial deposit (or payment in full) right here on our website (credit card required) and either bring a
completed enrollment agreement to our office on or before the first day of class or you can fill one out at our office when
you arrive.

At Prepare To Care Training Center, our goal is to
improve the quality of patient care through
education and consistency for those who choose
a career as a health care professional.

We have a fully equipped skills lab for learning
the hands-on aspects of caregiving and help
students to become comfortable in providing
one-on-one assistance to patients.
Tuition cost for the CNA Program  is $785.00.
Your tuition includes everything you need, except white shoes and a watch!
Tuition includes textbook and workbook, all instructional materials, a set of scrubs, a gait belt and the state board exam fee
(for the initial testing). PTC also provides complimentary CPR/AED certification for healthcare providers to help students
be better prepared to enter the workforce upon course completion.

Upon course completion, eligible students are registered for the state certification exam.  
The exam will be given at Prepare To Care Training Center through a testing agency (D&S Diversified Technologies)
contracted by the Tennessee Department of Health. PTC arranges the initial certification exam on behalf of the students
and testing will be a minimum of 2 weeks after course completion.
Should students be unsuccessful at passing the certification exam on the first attempt, the cost of any additional attempts
will be the responsibility of the student. This can also be scheduled through PTC, only once the student has paid the
applicable testing fee.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday
5:00pm - 10:00pm
